Apink Fashion Style
Before we get to know about Apink members personal style, we have to know first about their fashion based on the wardrobe they wear for album photo shoot. Apink who is known as the fairy idol has tried various kinds of the concept during the past seven years. Shall we check by ourselves?
1. Seven Springs Of Apink
Apink debuted in 2010 with the innocent and heart-fluttering title track I Don’t Know. The members wear a variety of outfits for this album concept, starting from the short white shirt with the different model (Eunji, Naeun, and Chorong), half-sleeve shirt (Yookyung and Bomi), long black and white striped shirt (Hayoung), and blue and white checkered dress (Namjoo). As for the lower part of their bodies, they either wear colorful short pants (Yookyung, Bomi, and Chorong), red tutu skirt (Naeun), outerwear denim (Eunji), and pink long pants (Hayoung). Except for Namjoo, all members of Apink wear accessories on their head, such as ribbon (Yookyung and Bomi), hat (Eunji, Chorong, and Hayoung), and headband (Naeun). Besides on the head, the members also wear belts on their waist (Bomi, Naeun, Chorong, and Hayoung) and various kinds of the necklace (Bomi, Hayoung, and Namjoo) and bracelet on their wrist (Hayoung, Eunji, Bomi, Naeun, and Namjoo). Lastly, Apink members wear sneakers as one item that all of them wear in different colors and patterns.
2. Pink Snow
Apink came back with another sweet yet more sporty title track My My. For Pink Snow concept, the members still wear sneakers with the addition of platform shoes for some of them. The outfit is dominated by the color of white with the variation on the upper part with colorful ribbon in the collar (Hayoung, Eunji, Naeun, and Chorong), black vest (Bomi), and embroidery (Chorong and Yookyung). Unlike their debut album, the members have various kinds of hairstyle as Eunji and Bomi tie their hair to side ponytail or crown bun. As for accessories, some of the members wear the hat (Hayoung and Namjoo), headdress (Naeun and Yookyung), and bracelet (Hayoung, Eunji, Naeun, Bomi, Yookyung, and Namjoo).
3. Une Annee
Apink challenged their musical genre with more daring title track Hush. The color of blue, pink, white and green army dominate Apink wardrobe for Une Annee album. Yookyung and Hayoung cut their long hair for the first time, whereas Namjoo whose hair had been short since Apink debut, dyes her hair to be brown. Noticeably, none of Apink members show their ears as they are covered by their hair so it is to be expected that no one wear earrings, whereas accessories on different parts of body such as necklace (Eunji and Chorong), bracelet (Bomi, Naeun, Chorong, and Namjoo), and headdress (Bomi, Chorong, and Hayoung), can be seen in this picture.
4. Secret Garden
Apink is restructured as a six-member girl group after Yookyung’s departure and came back with the catchy title track No No No. Contrasting to their previous album photo shoot location, Secret Garden lived up to its name, which is taken in the outdoor setting with a wood counter as the property. The color of soft blue and white can be seen in the members’ outfits which is consisted of various kinds of shirt and outerwear (Naeun, Bomi, Namjoo, and Chorong) and dress (Eunji and Hayoung). For the first time, the leader Chorong cuts her fringes whereas the youngest member Hayoung goes blonde for her long and slightly wavy hair. The absence of accessories feels suitable as the setting and property for this album already complete the whole appearance, don’t you agree?
5. Pink Blossom
Apink is back with the playful title track Mr. Chu. Their outfits for Pink Blossom album are dominated by the color of black and white. Naeun who is the visual of the group tries brown hair for the first time, whereas Hayoung changes her hair color to be shiny brown and Chorong and Eunji shed their girly fringes in the previous album. As for accessories, the members mainly wear them on their wrists, such as bracelet (Eunji), lace glove (Chorong), and ribbon (Namjoo, Naeun, Bomi, and Hayoung). However, other items that complete Apink members’ appearance also can be seen as some of them wears earrings (Eunji, Chorong, and Naeun), necklace (Hayoung), and hat (Bomi). The members also wear black high heels with some of them wear lace socks (Eunji and Naeun) to complete their overall look.
6. Pink LUV
Apink is the autumn girls for their repackage album Pink LUV as their outfits are dominated by the color of brown and white, which are consisted of knitted outerwear (Namjoo and Chorong), sleeveless turtleneck (Bomi), half sleeve shirt (Naeun), sleeveless ruffled piece (Eunji), and long shirt in combined colors (Hayoung). As for the lower part of their body, the members wear long and short white pants (Namjoo and Eunji) and skirt in various models (Chorong, Naeun, Bomi, and Hayoung). All the members have long hair which is styled in either the way it flows (Namjoo, Chorong, Naeun, and Bomi) or braided (Eunji and Hayoung) and wear white platform shoes with some of them wear khaki and white socks (Namjoo, Chorong, Naeun, and Hayoung). As for the accessories, it can be seen that only Bomi who wears a ring on her left index finger.
7. Pink Memory
Apink goes for the mischievous concept for Pink Memory album. The members wear various kinds of the streetwear outfit, such as crop top shirt (Chorong and Naeun), one-piece shirt (Namjoo and Hayoung), sleeveless tank top with inner shirt (Bomi), and crop tank top with an inner piece (Eunji). As for their lower outfit, they either wear a skirt (Chorong) or short pants (Naeun, Bomi, and Eunji). For the first time, Naeun tries auburn for her hair color whereas other members have brown hair (Hayoung) and brown highlight on black hair (Namjoo, Chorong, Bomi, and Eunji). As for the accessories and jewelry, the members wear earrings (Namjoo, Chorong, Hayoung, Bomi, and Eunji), bracelet (Namjoo), ring (Hayoung and Naeun), and hats (Chorong, Naeun, and Bomi).
8. Pink Season (Japanese Album)
Apink is a tribal squad for their first Japanese album, Pink Season. Just like in Pink Snow album, Apink members’ outfit for this album is dominated by the color of white with a variety of pattern and model on their mini dress. The members also wear accessories such as headdress (Naeun), earrings (Namjoo and Chorong), and bracelet (Eunji, Hayoung, Naeun, Namjoo, and Chorong). As for their hairstyle, Bomi tries blonde hair for the first time. On the other hand, Eunji and Hayoung follow Naeun to try auburn hair and Namjoo and Chorong goes for darker brown hair. Except for Hayoung who wears sandals, all the members wear high heels in various models and colors.
9. Pink Revolution
Apink becomes more mature for Pink Revolution. Just like in Pink Blossom album, Apink wears outfits that are dominated by the color of black and white. Once again, the members wear different kinds of outfit for each of them, such as sabrina dress (Hayoung), the maxi dress (Eunji, Bomi, Chorong, and Namjoo), and long piece of shirt and blazer which are paired with short pants (Naeun). Apink members also wear jewelry and accessories to complete their appearances, such as necklace (Hayoung and Bomi), choker (Naeun), ring (Hayoung, Eunji, and Bomi), bracelet (Bomi and Namjoo), earrings (Bomi, Chorong, and Namjoo), and beret (Chorong). As for their hairstyle, Bomi ties her hair and cuts her fringes for the first time, whereas other members have short hair (Hayoung) or long hair (Eunji, Naeun, Chorong, and Namjoo).
10. Dear (Special Album)
In December 2016, Apink release Cause You’re My Star and alternative and the instrumental version of their released tracks in Dear album. Unlike their previous album photo shoot, Apink members chill out while sitting on the wooden floor and the colorful light reflects on some of them (Naeun, Chorong, and Namjoo). As for the outfit, the members wear the black or white shirt or long sleeve crop top with the denim jacket as the upper outfit and short denim as their lower outfit. The lack of jewelry can be seen as it is only Namjoo and Eunji who wear bracelet, earrings, and ring. Notably, the members also wear long and short socks in the same color as their upper outfit. As for their hairstyle, the variation of brown dominated the members’ hair color.
11. Pink Dolls (Japanese Album)
Apink is a group of princesses as all of them wear the luxurious gown for Pink Doll album. Each of the members has different color and model of gown whereas some of them wear headdress (Chorong, Hayoung, and Namjoo), earrings (Eunji and Bomi), ear piercing (Chorong, Hayoung, and Namjoo), and ring (Chorong, Eunji, Bomi, and Namjoo).
12. Pink Up
Apink is back with title track Five for Pink Up album. The member’s outfit colors are dominated by the color of shocking red and pale pink, whereas the color of their hair consisted of black (Hayoung and Eunji), bright brown (Bomi), brown highlight on black (Naeun and Namjoo), and auburn (Chorong). As for the accessory, all the members wear a ring on their fingers and some of them wear earrings (Hayoung, Chorong, and Namjoo).
13. Orion (Japanese Album)
Apink is the goddesses of the night for their Japanese album Orion. All the members wear the black outfit with see-through fabric on one part of their outfit. The members also wear jewelry, such as ring (Hayoung, Chorong, and Naeun) and earrings (Chorong, Naeun, and Eunji).
