GOT7’s 7 For 7
GOT7 released a video teaser with the title 7 for 7. Their last comeback was around March 2017 with the title Flight Log: Arrival. It took them approximately 7 months to finally release a new album. Flight Log itself was the last of a trilogy album, with prequel and sequels Flight Log: Departure and Flight Log: Turbulence. In 2016, GOT7 had a world tour named ‘Fly Tour’ to promote the first Flight trilogy. For their newest album, 7 For 7 consists of 7 tracks. The title track, You Are, was produced by one of their members, BamBam, and the other songs were written by the rest of the members. For this album, GOT7 filmed their official music video for the title track in HongKong. GOT7 has a relationship with Hongkong since one of their members, Jackson, was from there. Meanwhile, Jackson himself has recently announced his solo debut in China. Apparently, besides this comeback with all members, JJ Project will also have their first comeback since their debut 5 years ago with the title track Bounce. JJ Project is a sub-group of GOT7, whose members are Jinyoung and JB. JJ Project debuted in May 2012, two years before joining as members of GOT7 in 2014. They were widely recognized after becoming a part of the KBS school drama “Dream High 2” as main roles alongside Kang So-ra, 2AM’s Jinwoon, T-ara’s Jiyeon, SISTAR’s Hyolyn, and Park Seo-joon. Following its prequel, Dream High, the drama was a hit.
GOT7’s 7 For 7 Comeback Schedule Announcement
After releasing their video teaser on their official account, GOT7 posted their full schedule for the comeback. Starting from September 26 with the announcement of their track list, following with their group images and individual member teasers. Their official album and music video will be released on October 10. Check out the full schedule for 7 For 7. The individual teasers started with JB, the leader of the group. A series of image teasers were released on their social media account, including a short video starring JB. The concepts are mysterious and vague, and very suitable for JB’s image, don’t you think?
