Group Profile
GLAM, short for GirLs be AMbitious, was a 5-member group who debuted in 2012 as a collaboration project between Big Hit Entertainment and Source Music, with Big Hit doing the composing and Source Music handling the group management. The five members of the group were Jiyeon, Zinni, Dahee, Miso, and Trinity. On December 31, 2012, Big Hit Entertainment announced that Trinity was leaving the group due to personal reasons, and that GLAM would continue as a four-member group. Unfortunately, the group had to disband in 2015 due to some conflict involving one of the members. They released a total of four singles and one soundtrack song. Official sites:

Discography
Before officially debuting, GLAM was featured on 2AM’s song Just Me from the group’s 2010 album, Saint o’Clock. GLAM and BTS were also featured artists on Lee Hyun’s song Bad Girl from the singer’s 2011 album, You Are Best of My Life. On July 16, 2012, GLAM officially debuted with the release of their first single, Party (XXO). The song was produced by Bang Shi Hyuk and Pdogg.
On August 31, 2012, GLAM appeared as guests in the Korean Serious Game Festival (KSF) 2012, in Seongnam City Hall to perform their debut single live.
On January 2, 2013, GLAM released their second single, I Like That. They incorporated hip hop and powerful dance moves into the song. This song was actually a recreation of Why Do You by Chu-li and Mi-ae.
On January 22, 2013, they uploaded a video of them performing the acoustic version of I Like That to their official Youtube channel. This comedic video had an intro of them playing around and, later on, a small screen in the corner of the video showed all the members playing different music instruments while singing live to the song. They also changed the title from I Like That to I Like Jordan.
On March 15, 2013, GLAM made their third comeback with the single album In Front of the Mirror, which combined genres including Europop, trot, and hip hop. This song showed a story of a girl whom not many people realize that behind all the glamour, there is a girl who tries to hide her imperfections, but in front of her mirror, alone, her pride is hurt.
In February 2014, GLAM uploaded a short clip of them recording the song Give It 2 U. Sadly, this was their last song before the group officially disbanded.
Aside from their official single album comebacks, in 2012 GLAM also released the song The Person I Miss for the soundtrack of the Korean drama, Five Fingers.
