GFriend’s Diet Plan

In an episode of Hello Counselor on August 7, 2017, two members of GFriend became guests and revealed their diet regulation for one year after their official debut. Umji and Eunha revealed that they were prohibited from eating any food high in carbohydrates such as rice, pasta, and bread. Because of that regulation, GFriend’s members would get hungry easily at night, and they decided to eat sweet potatoes to help this hunger. There are several exercises that GFriend’s members do every day. When they were dieting before, they would do 30 minutes of a workout, too. Here are several moves from the daily workouts of GFriend by SinB and Yerin.

More than any other group member, Yerin revealed that she enjoyed dieting while doing simple exercises because she thinks that it is actually for her own good. Watch the video below to learn more about her simple exercises.

 

GFriend’s Weight Lost: Before and After Dieting

GFriend gained attention fast after their debut. The attention was not only because of their energetic choreography and their songs but also because their appearances changed really fast from their debut to now. Thanks to the strict diet that the members went through, their beauty really glows now. Among GFriend’s members, the easiest members to compare the before and after are Umji and Eunha. Fans once noticed that Umji lost 5 kg really fast before GFriend’s comeback in 2017. Also, Eunha looks slimmer and more beautiful without losing her chubby cheek.
