Film R U Ready? was the debut film of Han Hye-Jin, her debut as an actress in Korea. The film was written and directed by Ko Eun-Nim and Yun Sang-Ho and was released on July 12, 2002 with a duration of 108 minutes. Although she was only a supporting actor, Han Hye-Jin’s acting in this film should be given praise. This film is about an undaring doctor played by Jeong-hak Kim, an emotionally closed safari employee played by Bo-kyeong Kim, an orphan seeking parental love, a Vietnam vet , and the two aforementioned school kids. Their little adventure kicks off when another school kid spits in the face of a bear and well, it’s a little hard (not to mention silly) to explain what happened, but suffice it to say the 6 people mentioned above find themselves in a strange place where anything and everything can happen.

After her success with the movie R U Ready?, Han Hye-Jin returned to movies in 2004 with the title Hi! Dharma 2: Showdown in Seoul and she played Mi-Seon. The film was written by Choi Suk-Hwan and Yook Sang-Hyo and directed by Yook Sang-Hyo. The film was released on July 9, 2004 with a duration of 99 minutes. This film is about how, following the wishes of an old master, three monks head to Seoul to rest his remains in the Mushim Temple. However, they discover that the heavily indebted host monk has abandoned the temple and its inhabitants. The three monks make every effort to help the temple by promoting it to the public and raising funds through donations. But just when things begin to look much brighter, a team of four gangsters reach the temple, indicating their need to reclaim it for an urban redevelopment project.

In 2010, Han Hye-Jin returned to play a more challenging role in the Thriller and Crime genres. Han Hye-Jin played Min Seo-Young. The film was written by Kim Hyung-Jun and Lee Jung-Ho, and directed by Kim Hyung-Jun. The No Mercy movie was released on January 7, 2010 with a duration of 125 minutes. The film is about a forensic doctor named Kang Min-Ho, played by Sol Kyung-Gu. Over the years, Min-Ho devotes his life to becoming a forensic doctor. Where the main task is to mengatopsi corpses and find the cause of death. During this time Min-Ho is living the profession well, and he never makes any mistakes. Until when he was adopting one of the corpses, he got very shocking news. The news is that his beloved daughter was kidnapped. Not only that, it turns out the abductor of his daughter is none other than the perpetrator of mutilation whose corpse the victim was being autopsied by him. And it turns out the abductors were captured by the kidnapping. Surely he can not just sit still. He then goes to the kidnapper to find out where his daughter is, at once asking the kidnapper to free her. But it was not an easy matter to do that. Because the kidnapper does not want to know where he is hiding his daughter. The kidnapper then threatened to kill his daughter. It is not separated, because the kidnapping was done in conspiracy. Surely he did not want that to happen. But it turns out the kidnapper gives one condition to him if his daughter wants to be liberated. That he should be able to free the kidnapper in any way. So he accepted the terms. He then manipulates the corpse of the victim who was killed by the kidnapper. Where he falsified to twist the fact that the killer was not the killer. It worked and the kidnapper was released. However, when he was given the location of his daughter, he found a terrible reality. That his daughter had been murdered, and her body had also been mutilated. It turns out that Kang Min-Ho and the kidnapper were once tied up in an interconnected past.

After her success with No Mercy‘s film as the lead actress, Han Hye-Jin returned to play the lead role in 26 Years. The film was written and directed by Cho Keun-Hyun. It was released on November 29, 2012 with a duration of 135 minutes. Han Hye-Jin plays Shim Mi-Jin role. This film is about how 26 years ago, state troops were ordered to open fire on civilians in the city of Gwangju who were demonstrating as apart of a democratic movement. Thousands of civilians were killed. Now, a shooter from the national team, a gang member, a policeman, CEO of a large company and director of a private security for the Gwangju Democratization Movement. Kwak Jin-Bae, played by Jin Goo is a gang member who lost his father in the Gwangju Democratization Movement. He wants to get revenge. Shim Mi-Jin, played by Han Hye-Jin is a shooter from the national team. She is the shooter for the covert team. Policeman Kwon Jung-Kyuk, played by Im Seul-Ong lost his family in the Gwangju Democratization Movement. He is now responsible for the cars that have access to the ex-president’s house.
