She was born in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi, but grew up in Suwon, Gyeonggi. Her hobbies are taking pictures and traveling. Her specialities are Korean dance and gayageum (Korean music instrumental). One of her nicknames is “Gyareuk Soo Ah (갸륵 수아)”, because she is quite famous as an entertainer who often reveals self-portraits through SNS with various expressions. She was given the nickname “HongDeuro / Hong Throw(홍드로)” because when she pitched a ball, in the Seoul Jamsil Baseball Stadium at Doosan Bears vs Samsung Lions game (May 7, 2005), her form was similar to the form of former major league pitcher “Pedro Martinez”. Her form was also similar to baseball player Kim Sun Woo. She loves baseball. She can throw a ball up to 85 km/h and is a big fan of the Doosan Bears.
