Ahn Seung-ho, also known as Tony Ahn, was a member of the successful Korean boy group called H.O.T. He is the CEO of TN Nation Entertainment, a music entertainment company; Skoolooks, a school uniform company; and Shinenihs, an undergarment company. Nam’s agency, however, denied the report, insisting that the singers had a short on-and-off relationship but that they were no longer seeing each other. They broke up after six months of casual dating, GM Entertainment said through a press release. Based on a forum on Soompi, See Ya’s entertainment company, during a telephone call with Newsen, stated, “The article stating that Nam Gyu-ri and Tony Ahn have been dating for 2 years is definitely not true. We don’t know where that rumor came from.” They strongly expressed their unhappiness with the statement. But, some media outlets argued that the two were still dating. According to an article, “They were spotted together near Tony’s house and many people around them say they are still in a serious relationship.”

Currently, Nam Gyu-ri is likely single. During an interview with Star News, the actress said, “I think I am in a situation where I have to be extra careful about who I date. Ages starting with 2 or 3 are very different. There was someone that approached me, but I gave it a lot of thought, and I didn’t date him.” She also added, “I’ve never had public relationships. If I really love him then I might be able to, but if not, then I wouldn’t.” She added, “Also, if I am thinking about marriage, then I think I can, but if not, then there’s a possibility of a breakup so I wouldn’t let it go public.”
